What it takes to make AI agents enterprise-ready
Columbia DAP Lab × Purple Fabric

My operating system is simple: find the future that hasn't been named yet, build the first thing that works there, then write the story so others can join. Eleven years, a few different industries, always the same reflex. The AI era just made the cycles shorter.

Professional

VR customer service for life insurance, built before the category had a name.

The ML pipeline was failing at month eleven. I proved the LLM replacement solo and led eight people to save the contract in five days.

Built solo for two kinds of users, humans and AI agents, then I used it to close Purple Fabric's first technology consulting and sales partner.
Personal · All live

Streaming killed the music visualizer I grew up losing whole evenings to. So I rebuilt it for the GPU era: seventeen live scenes, from slime molds to swarmalators, that react to whatever's already playing on your machine.

I built the whole business, and now I teach in it too. Website, admin CMS, Stripe payments, outreach engine, five customer personas, plus the pitching sessions. Co-founded March 2026.

I wanted to get healthy, so I used AI to read the nutrition literature and built the calculator I wished existed. Four BMR tiers, 43 tests. Personal trainers called it amazingly useful.

My partner couldn't pass a visa portal's photo check. I built the tool that fixed it. ICAO, USA, and Canada specs, 300 DPI, works offline, no uploads ever.

Rock-paper-scissors against an AI that learns you. It reads your tells over fifteen rounds, then shows you the pattern you swore you didn't have.

Started in Lovable, finished in production-grade Supabase. Built as a birthday gift in two weeks: real auth, row-level security, a story request back-channel, 66 commits.

Live digital exhibit: AI's stream of consciousness made visible, key ideas highlighted in red. Built with ChatGPT, 2023.

About
I build the first usable version of things and turn them into stories, playbooks, and experiences others can join. Eleven years of the same pattern: VR life-insurance at MetLife before the category had a name, the first production LLM in regulated finance, seven solo builds shipped in the last sixteen months.
