Marketplace and visual builder for enterprise AI agents
Domain experts describe a problem in plain words and AI Chef designs the system of agents that solves it. Builders show their work and find sponsors who pay. People and AI agents use it alike. I demoed it to Nikao and closed Purple Fabric's first international sell-and-implement partner.

First production LLM in regulated finance
2023At month ten the machine learning approach had reached its limit and the contract was at risk. I proved the LLM replacement in two weeks and eight of us took it to production in five days. Saved the $2.5Mn contract.

The bootcamp that became the Purple Fabric Academy
A platform grows only when people outside the company can build on it. In April 2025 I designed and ran the first full partner bootcamp for Purple Fabric: two online evenings and three days in a classroom in Chennai, 250 slides written from scratch, two real cases, and a toolkit that takes a builder from a client problem to a working multi-agent solution. NPS 71 with zero detractors from 58 responses. The course became the Purple Fabric Academy: 1,800+ people signed up and 50+ bootcamps since, run by a team I onboarded.

The deck that told investors what an AI platform does
2024Investors asked what Purple Fabric does. I wrote the deck and storyboarded the demo that the Chairman and the CTO presented to them on 19 December 2024: a cost the reader already pays, a name the reader already knows, then one real example from start to finish. The share price rose 26% in the week after. Eighteen months later Purple Fabric became a separate business.
The document that opened MongoDB as a go‑to‑market channel
2024–25MongoDB is a database company with thousands of enterprise clients. I wrote the Purple Fabric reference architecture, the document that explains how the platform is built, and MongoDB published it before any other partner's. Then I wrote the case study in MongoDB's book. MongoDB now presents Purple Fabric to its own clients, on its website, in its book and from its conference stages, with content that traces back to that document.

2024My partner couldn't pass a visa portal's photo check, so I built the tool that did. Free, offline, ICAO, USA and Canada specs.
